Our engineering roots
Built on practical thermal engineering experienceENERGO.DESIGN was founded in 2011, but its engineering core grew out of earlier industrial thermal engineering practice. The team’s background was shaped in complex heat and power projects, including biomass combustion, long before the company took its current form.
From the beginning, the company was built not only to design, but to take responsibility for real implementation.
From engineering practice to own manufacturing
How ENERGO.DESIGN evolved from an engineering office into an engineering-led manufacturer
The company did not become a manufacturer overnight. This transition happened through real projects: from engineering practice and implementation responsibility to own production and solutions built around equipment of its own design and manufacture.
Company start, 2011
The engineering core came together as ENERGO.DESIGN. An in-house engineering team was formed, creating the basis not only to design, but already from the first year to take responsibility for turnkey implementation.
Complex projects and practical development
At an early stage, the company went through large and technically demanding projects — from a new 10 MW boiler house to the reconstruction of an industrial boiler plant with a 30 t/h steam boiler. This period became an important stage in building practical expertise in complex thermal solutions and biomass-related applications.
Entry into own manufacturing
During this period, the company acted not only as an engineering structure, but also as a manufacturing one. This stage confirmed the transition from an engineering office to a full engineering-and-manufacturing company.
First full project with an in-house boiler
During this period, a new hybrid boiler house was delivered on a turnkey basis using a steam boiler of the company’s own design with a capacity of 4 t/h. The project covered the full scope - from engineering solutions to commissioning - with equipment developed and manufactured in-house.
