Engineering Approach

Our engineers integrate waste heat recovery systems into existing production processes or become involved at an early design stage. The technical solution may include system layout, visualisation of key components, connection scheme, and integration logic before fabrication begins. The typical scope may also include PLC + HMI automation, an exhaust bypass with motorised dampers, project documentation, installation supervision, and commissioning.

The scope of supply is defined individually for each project based on the site parameters, but in a typical configuration it may include not only the waste heat boiler itself, but also the key auxiliary components required for integration into the customer’s system.
