Implementation of Steam Boilers for Cogeneration Units

Our team successfully retrofitted a 20MW biogas facility, focusing on installing steam boilers for each 1.5MW cogeneration unit to supply steam to a bioethanol production plant. We developed and installed 7 boilers - four paired and three single units, all integrated with a remote control dispatching system.

The outdoor placement of cogeneration units in containers required comprehensive anti-freeze measures, including heating boilers and relocating sensitive components to a heated module.

This initiative resulted in the production of 10 tons of steam per hour, enhancing the facility's energy efficiency and meeting the new bioethanol plant's requirements.
